Sunray Shadow's hitch version has long black wing which creates good profile for the fly. Big size helps salmon to spot the fly from surface even in fast rapids. Excellent choice when targeting big salmons at wide and big rivers.

Riffle Tubes are probably the most enjoyable way to fish salmon. You'll see the fly all the time as it moves on the surface and will see as the salmon takes the fly. In riffle tube flies the line is not going in from the front of the fly. It will go from the side which will make the fly swim across the river.
