Crystal Tails can be used the same way as Mangum's Original Dragon Tail. It has minimal water absorption, easily castable, pearly shades and swims like mad! It is best described as thick chenille. You can use it for tying large pike and saltwater flies and substitute chenille. Can be cut to shorter length from the end you tie on the hook for preventing the core to unwound. You can also burn the end of the core for better durability, just remember to do it with extra caution. Trim for thinner shape with scissors.

Hareline Crystal Tails package includes four tails. Length approximately 20 cm. Largest section of the tail has approximately diameter of 2 cm.
