Stonfo Hair stacker is equipped with rubber bottom. Aligns perfectly any type of hair. Very handy if you are tying muddler flies or hair wings. Supplied with two different sized cones.

Just place hair into stacker and knock the stacker on the table couple of times. Then remove the inner part and hairs and you have nice, even bunch of hairs.
