OPST Micro Skagit D2 Sink Tips - New dual density tips feature 8 foot sections of sink tip with different ratios of floating and sinking sections. They are available in T-6 and T-8 sinking rates. There are three models available on both sinking rates: 8 ft full sink, 6 ft sink / 2 ft float and 4 ft sink / 4 ft float. This allows the tips to fish well at all casting angles, sinks quickly to its fishing depth, and allows for more fly depth control overall. Great for fishing structure in rivers or any other concentrated area you want depth quick like boulder gardens and cut banks.

All dual density tips have the line ID on the rear of the tip (towards shooting head), while all the heads have the line ID on the front of the head (towards tip). This way you are able grab the connection and know which head and tip you have on at the same time. All OPST heads and tips feature strong welded loops on both ends for easy rigging.
