TMC Spinning Hackle Pliers are a combination of the pliers and the handle bar connected by the universal joint. It keeps the hackle perpendicular to the hook shank when wrapping hackles and also prevent a hackle from twisting or breaking. It can be used for tying from a midge pattern to a big fly. The pliers have silicon soft tip. Hollow back end at the handle can be used as a whip finisher tool. Standard version is the best choice for all-a-round use. The short grip version is ideal for smaller flies.
