  2. I have problem with the credit card payment, any advices?
    Please make sure you have entered all card details correctly and also make sure that internet payment usage is allowed for your credit card. You can check this from your bank or credit card company. Some electronic credit cards (e-cards) do not work correctly. As an alternative you can try to pay with real credit card or use EU Bank Transfer as a payment method. Note that we will never store any of your credit card data in to our server, so it is 100% secure to pay with real credit card also.

  3. Are products really in stock or do I have to wait them long time?
    Most of our products are in our own warehouse and available immediately. If we run out of stock on some product, this will notified real-time in product's page. Out of stock information is displayed in the product's "Available Options" list.

    Our shop has real time stock system, so you will see if some product is in stock and do not have to guess if the product is available.

    So if nothing else is mentioned, the products are in our warehouse. Typically we will ship orders within 1-3 workdays.

    If some item is missing from your order, we will deliver other items immediately and the missing one later when we get more of it.

  4. How orders are shipped?
    Almost all orders are shipped using Finnish Post directly to shipping address. Typically shipping takes 1-2 days within Finland and 2-5 days within European Union.

    Cash on Delivery orders (possible only within Finland) are delivered to nearest post office, where you can pay the order.

    Note that if the package is large, you might have to pick it up from the post office, small orders are typically delivered directly to the shipping address.

    We will always send you the tracking number when one is available.
