Silicone Rubber Tubing can be used in the tag of tube flies. It will give flexible hook support. Colored Silicone Tubing will also add good strike point to the fly. Colors are day-glo colors, so they will be highly visible in the water.

Length is 1 metre. You can cut it easily to desired length. Inner diameter is about 2 mm, outer diameter 2,8 mm.
