Nature's Spirit Spinning Deer Hair - Late season hides graded for length 3,5 cm (1 1/2 inches) or more, minimum underfur, good textures, straightness and hair density on the hide. Nature's Spirit White Moose Mane is lighter coloured mane that is dyed. Same as regular moose mane in all of the specs, but in a decent color selection. This is a great material for segmented bodies on many types of flies. If you wind two colors at the same time you get a realy nice “quill like” body. The hair is also great for tails on larger mayflies or as caddis antennae.

Marmot's body hair has soft underfur and spikey guard hair. Use as a dubbing for insect imitations' thoraxes. Guard hair can also be tied separately to mimic antennae, tail or legs for small nymph style flies. Try also for micro sized salmon flies. In that case the excess underfur is recommended to be combed off.

Brown Bear (Ursus arctos) is the original material for Finland's national fly pattern Nalle Puh ("Winnie the Pooh" in English). This adult caddis imitation has been developed in the '60s by Finnish fly tier Simo Lumme. In this particular pattern the bear hair is used for tying the wings. In addition to that, standard quality bear hair can be used for salmon and seatrout flies just like squirrel tail or nutria.
