Grundens Boundary Stockingfoot Wader - Introducing the all new Boundary Stockingfoot Wader, designed and engineered with Gore-Tex Pro Wader Laminate to give you unparalleled freedom of movement both in and out the water. Grundens rethought how a wader should be built, removing seams in the usual high wear areas, taking inspiration from how a climbing harness is built to create the most comfortable suspender system on the market and included a dual density, anatomically shaped neoprene stockingfoot constructed with two innovative titanium coating layers that reflect body heat back to your feet for cold water comfort and warmth.

Grundens Boundary Stockingfoot Wader features:

  • Body mapped GORE-TEX Pro Wader laminate- 4 layers in the lower body for abrasion resistance and 3 layers in the upper body for breathability.
  • Inspired by premium climbing harnesses, the fused contour suspension system moves with you through casting and rowing motions. Integrated D-Ring net holder and fully customizable fit for all day comfort.
  • Neoprene booties use two layers of Titanium-Alpha to increase heat retention back to the body up to 40%.
  • Double weave stretch woven gravel guards stay secure to the boot while wading, removing the need for a boot hook.
  • Anatomically placed seams reduce wear in critical areas.
  • Fleece lined chest pass through hand warmer pocket.
  • Drop in chest storage pocket designed for three large fly boxes and oversized tippet spools.
  • 2 inch elastic wading belt included.

Selecting correct wader size

It is important to have the right size of waders to get their maximum performance. For example, if your waders are too small it will stress the seams too much and create a great risk of leakage. The first step in choosing is to find out your type of waders.

Grundens have grouped waders for Standard, King, Tall and Short sizes. If you are of average build, start with Standard sizes. For slimmer and taller builds try Tall and for heavier builds use King sizes. For shorter persons the Short model is a good option. Availability of different size groups depends on the wader model.

You can measure yourself and choose the correct size by checking out the chart below:

  • Girth: Measure your hips, waist and chest dimensions. Choose the measurement that was the largest and use it when choosing the correct size waders.
  • Inseam Length: Check your inseam length by measuring the distance between your crotch and floor next to the foot. Do not wear shoes when measuring.
  • Shoe size: Every wader size option has unique sock size. Some sizes may have multiple sock size options. For example wader size L comes with both 9-11 and 12-13 sock size options.
