C&F Top Twister is a weight-type tool to create a dubbing loop. Particularly good for spinning dubbing in wires. This is a lightweight and simple twister that does not break the thread even if you rotate it a lot. The weight is well balanced so that it rotates beautifully, so you can use it comfortably.

Hang from a thread loop, insert the materials and spin
If you turn the thread horizontally at the base of the dubbing loop, the material will not fall off when the dubbing loop is closed
