Icelandic Sheep Hair is soft and long hair. Hair length is between 10 and 20 cm. You can create big streamers, tube flies or other flies with long hair wings. It has soft underfur and bright colors dyed over white.

It is easy to create big profile flies using Icelandic Sheep Hair without using too much material, because the hair has fluffy structure and it will has excellent profile also underwater. Hair is easy to tie and it will compress easily under thread making easier to tie multi-layer wings. And most importantly the hair will have excellent mobility underwater.
