Dr. Slick Tungsten Carbide Scissords has tungsten carbide blades welded onto the scissor blade frame. Tungsten carbide. is 7x harder than stainless steel and holds an edge longer. These can handle all types of tying materials (excluding metals), but were created to tackle modern synthetic materials.

Three different models:

9 cm (3,5") scissors are suitable for accurate working and small flies.
10 cm (4") scissors are all purpose model which will fit in the most hands.
11,4 cm (4,5") scissors are designed for cutting & tying hair winged flies.
