Veniard Mirror Flash Mylar Piping is a braided, pearlescent mylar tubing that is excellent for the bodies of salmon and sea trout flies. Also try it for tube flies.

Instructions for using Mylar tubing:

1. Cut the Mylar tubing to the desired length.
2. Remove the yarn from inside.
3. Tie the tail (if the fly has one) and an underbody of the desired thickness.
4. Slide it onto the hook/tube.
5. Secure the attachment at the rear and front ends with tying thread and superglue.
6. Tie the wing and other parts of the fly and finish the fly.
