Veniard Mylar Piping is a braided mylar tube made of tinsel, which is excellent for the bodies of salmon flies and sea trout flies. Also try it for tube flies.

Instructions for using Mylar tubing:

1. Cut the Mylar piping to the desired length.
2. Remove the inner core.
3. Tie the fly's tail (if the fly has one) and an underbody of the desired thickness.
4. Slide onto the hook/tube.
5. Secure the attachment at the rear and front ends with tying thread and superglue.
6. Tie the wing and other parts of the fly and finish the fly.
