Ikon Pure 100% Fluorocarbon tippet material is designed for tying fly fishing leaders. This is a high-quality fluorocarbon with excellent tensile strength and knot strength.

The line comes on generous yet compact 4 mm thin spools, containing either 80 meters or 50 meters of line depending on the diameter. To improve longevity, the line's UV protection has been enhanced.

Tip: Due to the UV protection, the line is quite slick. Use extra turns in your knots, such as a surgeon's knot or blood knot. When attaching flies, use a loop knot or a fixed knot. Avoid wetting the line when tightening the knot.
